Marketing Manager

About the role

Become a part of the YPL Family by developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing & Brand strategy.

As our Marketing Manager, your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a maximum exposure and attention to YPL brand. You will have marketing responsibility for YPL products. This role will be a strategic partner to sales and brand integration demonstrating thought leadership across YPL’s distributors. Fulfilling activation processes with new clients and customers, providing tremendous opportunities for new entrances and cooperations, target new customers, creating greater coverage.

Your work

  • Work closely with digital and marketing teams to develop social media strategy
  • Create original photo and video content
  • Monitor social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting for management

Sales Manager

About the role

Become a Part of the YPL Family by performing as a sales specialist of the YPL.

You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenues maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Your work

  • Manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, and approvals in order to achieve best results and campaign success
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support development of RFP (Requests for Proposal) process by utilizing ad products and content that strategically address the advertiser’s needs and campaign objectives
  • Organize research and competitive information
  • Attend and participate in sales sessions
  • Foster prospecting account list to increase revenue for YPL

This position is accountable for designing YPL’s poster, social media posts and artworks used in offline events.

YPL is seeking a creative and skilled designer to join our team to develop unique, fun, and commercial specialty products sold within our exhibits, web sites, events and partners. The position will work cross-functionally with a variety of artists and creatives across the organization in developing products related to YPL active sportwear.

Your work

  • Manage our brand identity
  • Work with the entire team
  • Create consistent, unique identity, aesthetic logo, typography, color, illustration style, web design, etc.
  • Design YPL’s web presence
  • Ensure our identity and narrative shine on our website
  • Evolve existing templates and build new ones
  • Provide marketing assets. From presentation templates to blog headers to brochures, provide new assets to make our story shine, and resources to help our marketing team produce materials on a self-serve basis. Coordinate external agency or contract resources to extend your reach.
